Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their Custom division and service their thriving sector in the Eastern suburbs! THE ROLE: Reporting to the Construction manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supervise all work carried out on-site for KDR / Custom projects, valued between $900k - $1.5mil Managing day to day running of all trades to adhere to program & deadlines Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers. Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery Completing quality assurance inspections Monitoring and controlling ETS spending ABOUT YOU: Must have solid site managing experience in residential construction - with at least 2 years KDR/Custom. Confident communicator whist being solution-focussed. Strong project management skills paired with a sound understanding of OHS regulations. A reliable network of loyal trades & ability to build strong, respectful relationships. Carpentry trade background highly desired.
